EUROCLEAN OÜ GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES
– We strongly advise you to immediately inspect the clothes you collect and to make any complaints on the spot. The client should be aware that it is considerably more difficult to satisfy subsequent complaints, as the client cannot, as a general rule, prove that they have not used the garment in the meantime. Complaints are accepted in writing on the spot or by email to euroclean@euroclean.ee in Estonian.
– If the product is more expensive than usual, Euroclean OÜ asks to be informed separately. In such cases, Euroclean OÜ wants to make sure that the
service is feasible. If we are not informed that a product is particularly expensive, we will assume that it is a normal product.
– Cleaned clothes will be stored free of charge for up to 3 months from the agreed date of collection, after which a storage fee of €1 per day will apply.
– If the client fails to collect the cleaned items within 6 months, Euroclean OÜ has the right to destroy or donate the cleaned items to charity.
– Disputes are settled by agreement. The disputing parties will have the opportunity to prove their arguments, including by expertise. Any harm caused, including harm resulting from the dispute, shall be compensated for in accordance with the procedure laid down by legislation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES
By using the services of Euroclean OÜ you also agree to the following terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are unlikely to wish to use our services.
Data security:
– The client voluntarily submits their data to receive the most personalised service possible.
– Euroclean OÜ does not disclose data provided by the client to third parties and does not contact the client on any other matters than in connection with the provision of the service.
– Euroclean OÜ does not use the data for advertising purposes.
– If the client has a reason to conceal their identity and therefore wishes to participate in the transaction anonymously, the client acknowledges that
Euroclean OÜ will not know the party to the transaction or the legal owner of the product, and any subsequent exercise of liability will be significantly hampered
compared to a situation where the client provides their data to Euroclean OÜ.
– An anonymous client can collect the cleaned product upon presentation of a receipt. Euroclean OÜ does not undertake to verify that the person presenting the receipt is in fact the person entitled to collect the product.
– The client’s name and phone number are only known to Euroclean OÜ. The items go to washing/mending/drycleaning
based on an order number, guaranteeing total anonymity for the client.
Situations where Euroclean OÜ’s liability is limited:
– By bringing their garment to be cleaned, the client acknowledges that the item is used and that once it has been cleaned, the client will not get
back a new garment. They get back a used garment that has been cleaned.
– Although Euroclean OÜ uses the best available technology to provide their services, it might not be able to remove every stain from the product in the process. We get the best results if the information provided by the client about the circumstances of the stains is accurate. It is important to give correct information about the circumstances under which a stain occurred!
– It is important to know that the garment brought in for cleaning will also depreciate during the cleaning process. Every action a garment is subjected to has an effect on it. By bringing a garment to be cleaned, the client wants and anticipates this effect.
– Clothing manufacturers are very specific in the production and processing of the materials they use, which is why it is not always possible to ensure that the material reacts as it should to cleaning and that the product is cleaned as required if there are no manufacturer’s instructions or if incorrect instructions are fitted to the product. This means that the garment may remain uncleaned and/or deteriorate and/or become unusable.
– In the case of buttons, poppers, zippers, buckles, clasps, glued, stitched, embroidered or ironed ornaments, the degree of depreciation, the chemical composition of the material used, the environment to which they have been exposed, the degree of wear due to frequency of use and age-related characteristics remain unknown. As a result, it is not possible to ensure that buttons, poppers, zippers, buckles, clasps, glued, stitched, embroidered or ironed ornaments will respond correctly to cleaning or will be cleaned as expected – they may deteriorate and/or become unusable and/or detach from the garment.
– Each product is individual and is therefore inspected by an employee of Euroclean OÜ upon delivery. If there are obvious defects, the employee will draw attention to them where possible.
– Euroclean OÜ is not responsible for items left in pockets.
-Items that do not have cleaning instructions attached are cleaned at the client’s risk only.
